Vanilla Frozen Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 envelope gelatin, softened in 1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Scald evaporated milk over low heat to avoid \"skinning\". Stir.
    Add sugar, salt and softened gelatin.
    Stir until completely dissolved and smooth.
    Cool.
    Add yogurt and vanilla. Mix well.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Pour into can and freeze.
    May add fruit to make
    other flavors.
