Delicious Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
almond flavoring to taste
Preparation

Cream together\tbutter\tand
sugar.
Add
eggs one at a time. Beat thoroughly after each addition.
Sift flour before measuring and add a pinch of salt.
Alternate adding cream and flour, beating
all
the
time.
Add
almond
flavoring.
Use greased tube pan which has been sprinkled with flour.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Do not open oven door.
