Brandy Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped nutmeats
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. brandy
3 tsp. cocoa
Preparation

Combine the crushed wafers, nutmeats, powdered sugar, corn syrup, cocoa and brandy in a mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into firm balls about 3/4-inch in diameter.
Roll in powdered sugar. Store in a tightly closed container until served.
