Cherry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry jello
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cooked rice, drained
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add sugar.
    Set aside and let congeal lightly.
    Add rice, cheese and pineapple.
    Fold in nuts and whipped Dream Whip.
    Refrigerate.
