Oyster Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    pinch of thyme
    4 dozen cocktail pattie shells or 10 large pattie shells
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash hot sauce
    1 toe garlic, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, chopped
    4 doz. oysters
Preparation
    Melt butter and add flour.
    When smooth, add all other ingredients, except oysters.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
