The Sun Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 c. pitted black olives, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with mustard, garlic powder and wine until smooth.
    Beat
    in olives and Cheddar cheese.
    Form into ball. Wrap in wax paper.
    Chill, then roll in sunflower seeds.
    Garnish with additional whole pitted ripe olives.
