Shrimp Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 English muffins, split
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    In medium bowl with fork, beat eggs and milk slightly.
    Stir in shrimp, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Meanwhile, toast English muffins.
    Spread with butter; keep warm.
    In an 8-inch skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
    Add egg mixture and cook, stirring once or twice with fork, until eggs are set.
    Spoon over muffin halves.
