Meat Balls In Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground meat
    1 egg
    3 to 4 slices bread, torn into pieces
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery and bell pepper
    1/2 can tomato soup
    seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Make balls (size of large lemons) and brown in hot oil.
    Place in baking dish.
    In another skillet, put 2 to 3 tablespoons oil.
    Add 2 to 3 tablespoons flour to make a paste.
    Add 2 tablespoons yellow mustard and the rest of the soup.
    Add water to make a gravy.
    Pour over meat balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
