Pan-Fish With Marjoram And Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    4 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    flour
    4 fish fillets or whole fish
    salt and white pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic and marjoram. Add the fish which has been floured, salted and peppered.
    Fry until browned on both sides (about 5 minutes on each side).
    Add lemon juice, cover and cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes.
    Pour lemon butter from the pan over the fish before serving.
