Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 pt. tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    3 onions, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place in covered casserole and bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    If you are a potato lover, you may add potatoes to stew after 3 hours.
