Chicken Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up (exclude backs, optional)
1 pkg. yellow rice
4 medium potatoes
2 to 3 sliced carrots
1/2 c. bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour rice into a baking dish.
Place vegetables on top of rice.
Put cut-up chicken parts on top of vegetables and rice.
Salt and pepper.
Add 4 cups water.
Cover with lid or aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Good with plain white rice, too.
