California Chicken(Made With Tuna Fish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. carrots, cubed
1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. peas
1 (6 oz.) can white tuna (water-packed)
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Boil carrots and onions together for 15 minutes.
Add potatoes; boil until tender.
Season.
Cream flour and butter; add milk.
Cook in a double boiler for 15 minutes.
Add peas to other vegetables.
Drain water from tuna fish and break up, then add to sauce.
Place layers of vegetables and white sauce alternately in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
