Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. onion, diced
    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix in a large bowl and place in 8 x 10-inch casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
