Chevrie Cheese Cake(Goat Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    10 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. water
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    3 boxes Chevrie cheese (yogurt may be substituted)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and spread in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add gelatine to cold water. When softened, heat until gelatine is dissolved.
    Add sugar, Chevrie cheese and vanilla.
    Mix well (I use a blender).
    Pour over crumbs and refrigerate.
