6 c. diced cucumbers
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 c. diced onion
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix the cucumbers, bell pepper, onion and salt and cover; refrigerate for 2 hours.
