Spiced Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. salt
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingredients, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into a 15 x 10-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0
until done.
