Tuna Noodle Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. egg noodles
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable mix (your choice), rinsed under hot water to thaw.
Preparation
    Prepare pasta conventionally as package directs.
    Drain; set aside.
    In a 2 quart casserole, cook onion covered, at High 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
    Stir in sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Add noodles, tuna, and vegetables; toss to mix well.
    Cover.
    Microwave at High 8 to 10 minutes until mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.
    Let stand covered, 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese flavored cracker crumbs if desired.
    Serves 6.
