Red Potato And Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large red potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    6 medium size red onions (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Cut potatoes and onions into wedges.
    In large roasting pan, toss potatoes and onions in remaining ingredients until well coated.
    Roast at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes, turning them once or twice, until golden or fork-tender.
    Serves 6.
