Chicken-Bacon Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cooked chicken
2 c. minced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
salt and pepper
1 c. crumbled cooked bacon
1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
mayonnaise
white bread slices
whole wheat bread slices
shredded lettuce
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, bacon and pickles; moisten with mayonnaise.
Trim crusts from bread.
Spread chicken mixture on white bread slices; add lettuce.
Top with whole wheat bread; press down lightly.
Cut sandwiches in half diagonally.
