Pork-Carne Con Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 peppers (chili-type, large, long-type, red)
    1 pt. or so water (boiling)
    2 large cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    oregano to taste
    2 lb. pork roast, sliced thin
Preparation
    Clean all seeds from peppers, as this is what makes too hot for many person's tastes.
    Pour boiling water over the peppers and let set for 1 hour.
    Have enough boiling water so that it will make a pint when it is put in the blender an hour later.
