Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. white syrup
2 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil sugar, syrup and water until drop turns brittle in cold water.
Pour slowly over.
Beat egg whites; add nuts and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
Spoon onto buttered pan.
