Sirloin Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beef top loin steaks (3/4-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions with tops
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Slash fat edge of steaks at 1-inch intervals. In skillet, cook steaks in butter over medium heat to desired doneness (8 minutes for rare, 11 minutes for medium and 18 minutes for well done). Transfer to platter. Keep warm.
