Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    2 Tbsp. salt
    6 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. melted lard
    16 c. flour (approximately)
    sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Let water, yeast and salt sit until foamy.
    Add eggs, lard and flour.
    Let rise twice.
    Roll out and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll up and cut in 1 inch pieces.
    Let rise again. Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
