Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small can pimento
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chopping can be done in food processor. The longer it stands, the better it is.
    Store refrigerated.
