Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend Crisco into flour until mixture is grainy. Add salt, then add beaten egg, water and vinegar.
    Mix dough by hand.
    This makes three 9-inch shells.
    Dough can be made and refrigerated in covered bowl.
