Filled Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    filling to taste
Preparation
    Combine flour, water, milk and egg (amounts may vary, should be thin).
    Spoon into greased skillet and fry.
    When browned, remove to plate and fill with filling; then roll.
