My Mother'S Pumpkin Pie(Mrs. Henry Sauls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    melted butter (1 Tbsp. per pie)
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. evaporated milk (as needed to thin mixture)
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    cook
    pumpkin in water until tender (drain). Mix remaining
    ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked crust; cook at 375\u00b0 until set, then 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
