Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut
    meat into thin strips.
    In
    skillet,
    brown
    meat, mushrooms and onion in butter; season with\tsalt
    and
    pepper. Add broth (rinse can out with water and add).
    Cover; simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Gradually blend
    1/4
    cup water into
    2 tablespoons flour.\tSlowly add to
    meat.
    Stir
    until thickened. Slowly
    blend
    in
    sour cream.
    Serve over noodles (regular), chow mein, or mashed potatoes.
    Makes 4 servings.
