Chicken - Easy Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large fryers, cut up and skin removed
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 (7 oz.) box Cheddar cheese crackers, rolled into crumbs
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spread chicken pieces with sour cream, then roll them in cracker crumbs.
    Melt butter in large Pyrex dish or jelly roll pan.
    Lay chicken pieces 1 at a time in melted butter and immediately turn buttered side up.
    Bake 1 hour; needs no turning.
    Yields 6 servings.
