Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, blending after each addition. Mix together bananas, vanilla and buttermilk.
Add alternately with dry ingredients to dough
mixture. Add nuts and mix.
Grease and flour loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
