Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked until tender and cooled
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
3/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled into large pieces
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (light or regular)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
