Bacon Stuffed Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Make 8 thin beef patties. Place an equal amount of mixture on 4 patties. Place remaining patties on top and pinch edges together. Grill or broil 6-inches from heat source, 6 or 8 minutes a side or as long as you prefer. Makes 4 burgers.
