Western Hash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomatoes
1 bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
cheese slices (your choice)
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour into casserole dish.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
