Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 bay leaf
    1 can consomme
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in margarine until brown.
    Add rice, consomme, bay leaf and shrimp.
    Cook until rice is done.
