Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

68 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tsp. sugar
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 small box strawberry jello
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
Preparation

Mix the crackers, butter and sugar together. Save 3/4 cup for topping.
Cook together the rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and jello.
Let cool. Spread on the cracker crust.
Combine the instant pudding, milk and ice cream.
Put on top of the rhubarb. Top with Cool Whip and marshmallows.
