Turnip Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh turnip greens
    3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Wash greens several times and drain.
    Combine greens, water, salt in large Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 1 hour or until tender.
    Drain greens, reserving 1 cup liquid; set aside.
    Saute onion in butter or margarine in nonstick skillet. Add onion and allspice to drained greens.
    Dissolve flour and sugar in vinegar; add to reserved 1 cup liquid.
    Add mixture to greens. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
