Beef Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    2 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Put in refrigerator, covered.
    Mix every day for 3 days.
    After the third day, shape into rolls, approximately 3-inches around.
    Put on broiler pan (to catch the grease) in oven for 6 to 7 hours at 160\u00b0.
    Also depends on how thick the rolls are as to how long to bake.
    Slice and serve with Wheat Thins crackers.
