Sunny Citrus Snackin' Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. Knox gelatine
    3/4 c. unsweetened canned pineapple juice
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (4 pkg.)
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    In medium bowl, sprinkle Knox gelatine over pineapple juice. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
    Stir in Sweet 'N Low and orange juice.
    Pour into an 8 or 9-inch square pan and chill until firm.
    Cut into squares and serve.
    Makes 2 to 3 dozen squares.
    Each square equals 4 calories.
