Crisp Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium firm white cabbage
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Heat a frypan with a little oil.
    Slice cabbage thinly into strips and fry a couple of handfuls at a time in the pan, adding more oil as cabbage absorbs it.
    Turn over with a spatula to prevent burning and keep adding cabbage until all is used up.
    Cook for about 5 minutes.
    Be careful not to get it too oily.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with sugar and soy sauce.
    Turn once or twice.
    Serves 4.
