Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 fresh peeled and sliced peaches
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
6 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Butter a deep dish pie plate.
Place peaches on bottom.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and almond extract. Stir together dry ingredients.
Add egg and mix with fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle dry mix over peaches.
