Swiss Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sliced asparagus or zucchini
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Saute asparagus.
    Remove.
    Put in a shallow baking dish.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until soft.
    Stir in sour cream and grated cheese until cheese melts.
    Pour over asparagus.
    Top with crumbs.
    Dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
