Beef Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Pillsbury all ready pie crusts (in refrigerator section; contains 2 crusts)
    1 lb. sliced roast beef (from deli department)
    1 large jar Heinz brown gravy
Preparation
    Cut through stack of roast beef, making 8 even sections.
    Cut each pie crust into 4 sections.
    Take 1 pie crust section and put one stack of beef in center (loosen beef).
    Fold over and press edges with fork.
    Make 3 slits on top.
    Continue to make all 8 of them.
    Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with gravy, broccoli and carrots.
