Crock-Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    2 cartons sour cream with chives
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 medium size onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes and let cool.
    Peel and cut in chunks.
    Add sour cream with chives, Cheddar cheese soup, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour into crock-pot; simmer for 2 hours (stir frequently).
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
