Catch-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. instant chopped onions
    3 medium-size potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
    7 oz. can whole kernel corn
    8 1/2 oz. can green beans
    10 1/2 oz. can condensed vegetable beef soup
    10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Crumble ground chuck on bottom of a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and instant onions. Layer with potatoes, corn and beans.
    Top with the soups. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
