Ingredients

1 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Blend butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Then add remaining dry ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
