Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes (unpeeled), cut into chunks
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Shake in the bag or toss in a bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
