Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. black-eyed peas
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 pinch sugar
ham or ham hock to taste
Preparation

Soak peas overnight.
Drain; cover with fresh water.
Add other ingredients.
Cook until peas are done.
