Grandmother'S Pear Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck pears, peeled and cored
    5 lb. sugar
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Grind pears in meat grinder.
    Mix pears, sugar and lemon juice.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Add pineapple.
    Cook 1 hour longer.
    May use food processor. Yield:
    5 quarts.
