Coconut Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. large shrimp, peeled but with tails
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. melted butter
finely grated coconut
Preparation
-
Split and flatten shrimp.
Sift dry ingredients; add milk and egg.
Dip shrimp in batter; roll in coconut.
Deep fry until golden brown.
