Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large or 6 small zucchini
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. (generous) seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    grated or sliced cheese (Parmesan, Mozzarella, Jack or some other mild cheese)
Preparation
    Slice and cook zucchini in a small amount of water.
    Drain thoroughly and mash.
    Mix into the other ingredients.
    Top with cheese and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes (until top is golden and bubbly).
